download that and install it
once thats done
start the program
and under user name
click the little arrow pointing to the right and make one
now click ok and then click the right arrow next to server
make a new server named bob or something
and for ip you enter
mrfraggs.dyndns.org
and for port you enter 3784
then you click ok and click connect
and your in
